Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Vadodara. The Sales Manager will play a key role in driving revenue growth through strategic planning and execution of sales plans. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, leading a sales team, analyzing market data to develop strategies, achieving sales targets, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Market Research
  • Strong Client Relationship Management and Communication skills
  • Leadership capabilities to lead and mentor a sales team
  • Ability to analyze sales data and create actionable strategies
  • Proficiency in Negotiation, Presentation, and Problem-solving
  • Knowledge of the electrical or energy sector and industrial applications is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
  • Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets
