Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager, based in Vadodara, with the flexibility to work from home occasionally. The Sales Manager will focus on increasing product sales, developing and maintaining strong relationships with dealers, and expanding the company's network across regions. Responsibilities include creating and implementing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, analyzing market trends, and fostering client relationships. Additional tasks involve coordinating with the internal team to ensure the seamless execution of sales initiatives while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
  • Strong understanding of market analysis, lead generation, and sales strategies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
  • Experience in the kitchenware or home appliances industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM tools or sales tracking systems is desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
