Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Vadodara. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales targets, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing sales strategies. They will oversee day-to-day sales operations, lead a team to achieve objectives, and identify new business opportunities. Additionally, the Sales Manager will analyze market trends to optimize sales performance.

Qualifications

  • Sales and business development skills with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Team leadership and management skills, with experience in training and motivating sales staff
  • Analytical skills to assess market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Experience in the art jewelry or retail industry is highly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Ability to work on-site in Vadodara and adapt to a fast-paced environment
