Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Noida, Mumbai, Chennai, Kerala. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets. Daily tasks will include identifying potential clients, building strong client relationships, managing and expanding key accounts, and overseeing the entire sales cycle. The role also entails preparing reports, analyzing market trends, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, and account management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent understanding of audio-visual technologies or experience in the broadcast industry is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in sales forecasting, CRM tools, and reporting software
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company goals
  • A results-driven mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Prior experience in managing sales teams and achieving targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events
