Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Mirzapur. The Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, lead a team to achieve sales goals, build and maintain customer relationships, and implement strategies to drive market penetration. The individual will also provide insights into market trends, collaborate with other departments to ensure business growth, and mentor and train the sales team to achieve optimal performance.
Qualifications
- Strong sales management skills, including experience in leading and motivating teams to achieve targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to conduct market research, assess trends, and implement data-driven strategies
- Proficiency in developing strategies for customer relationship management and client retention
- Familiarity with agricultural or rural markets is a plus
- Result-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field is preferred
