Job Description

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Have a proven track record exceeding sales targets of the staffing industry.
  • Possess deep connections within the GCC ecosystem in India. Existing customer's relationship is going to massive plus
  • Someone who believes in ethical & moral business development
  • Understanding of the staffing industry and business models associated with the same
  • Understand the unique needs and challenges of GCCs when hiring talent.
  • Can quickly build trust and establish strong relationships with decision-makers in Talent Acquisition function, Procurement, HR and other senior leadership that can influence to empanel VIQ as a suitable vendor for staffing needs of the GCC
  • Enjoy a fast-paced environment and are highly motivated.

Activities required as part of day-to-day operations :

  • Identify and target GCCs with active staffing needs.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to close deals quickly.
  • Manage existing client relationships and ensure exceptional service to onboarded customers.
  • Contribute to the overall growth of the GCC staffing business.
  • Adherence to quota-related metrics and reporting to meet sales targets
