As we continue to grow, we're investing in our most important relationships - wedding planners and industry partners who work with the kind of couples we love to shoot. We're looking for a Sales & Partnerships Manager who can build and deepen these relationships, establish Twogether as the photography and film partner of choice, and convert the high-value weddings that come through them.

This is not a passive, desk-based role, and it's not order-taking. It's about building genuine influence across the luxury wedding ecosystem and turning it into business.

Job KRAs:

  • Build and grow planner relationships. Develop and expand relationships with wedding planners across Delhi, Mumbai, Jaipur, Udaipur, Goa and beyond.
  • Establish our credentials. Build and deliver compelling presentations and pitches that position Twogether as the photography and film partner planners trust with their best clients.
  • Earn and grow trust over time. Nurture planner relationships through consistent, intelligent follow-up — in close partnership with the Founder, who stays directly involved in these relationships.
  • Convert the demand it creates. Qualify, pitch and close the high-value couples and weddings that come through this channel, with speed, authority and confidence.
  • Expand the wider ecosystem. Build relationships with venues, decorators, event managers and other industry players who can become additional referral channels.
  • Own and manage your pipeline. Track planners, relationships, leads and conversions rigorously using CRM tools — this is your pipeline to build and run.
  • Represent Twogether Studios at industry events, planner meetings, venue showcases and networking opportunities.
  • Work hand in hand with the Founder and creative team on positioning and materials, and hand off confirmed bookings cleanly to the operations team.

Preferred experience:

  • Proven experience (2-5 years) in luxury sales (weddings, hospitality, real estate, luxury retail, or premium services).
  • A track record of building relationships and growing a network — not just working inbound or a handed-down list.
  • Existing relationships with wedding planners or other industry players is a big plus.
  • Strong track record of closing high-value deals.
  • Confidence in outreach, credential-building presentations, and relationship-driven selling.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable with pressure, targets, and high expectations.
