Job Description – Area Sales Manager
The Area Sales Manager (ASM) is
- responsible for driving profitable sales growth within an assigned geographical territory.
- Required to possess strong strategic thinking, market intelligence
- able to build long-term relationships with hospitality/HORECA clients, Architects, Contractors and projects
developers.
- ensures that all sales activities support correct brand positioning, company revenue targets
operational excellence and customer satisfaction
Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
Sales target achievement (value/volume)
New account acquisition
Territory growth
Forecast accuracy and pipeline quality
Dealer network performance and retention
Timely payment collection
customer satisfaction and issue resolution speed

Qualifications & Skills
Graduation
Minimum 4 years of sales experience, ideally in furniture, home decor, hi end building
materials, or premium consumer goods.
3-4 years of Hospitality experience preferred.
Strong and Smart presentation and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage large territories and extensive travel.
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and reporting systems.
Good English, overall communication and interpersonal skills.
