Job Purpose
The Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for developing, managing, and growing sales through channel partners,and institutional networks. The role requires strong relationship management, strategic business development, and execution skills to ensure alignment with Vianaar's hospitality-led sales approach.
Key Elements of the Role
- Develop and implement channel sales strategies to expand reach and market penetration.
- Build strong partnerships with real estate brokers, High end experience curators, wealth advisors, and institutional networks.
- Drive sales through innovative distribution models and partnerships, ensuring premium customer engagement.
- Manage channel partner onboarding, training, and performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create co-branded campaigns and partner-driven lead generation activities
- Track and manage the sales pipeline through lead hero, ensuring channel partner performance visibility.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and customer experience guidelines in all partner-led sales.
- Identify and open new sales channels, including digital alliances and global markets.
- Represent Vianaar in partner forums, exhibitions, and industry networking platforms. Provide insights from channel performance and client feedback to refine product and sales strategies.

Educational Qualification
- Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field from a recognized institute.
- Postgraduate degree/diploma (MBA/PGDM) in Sales/Marketing from a Tier I/II institute preferred.
Experience Essential
- 4 + years of proven experience in channel sales management within real estate, luxury housing, or allied industries (hospitality, travel, lifestyle, or premium retail).
- Strong track record in onboarding, managing, and scaling sales through channel partners, brokers, and institutional networks.
- Hands-on experience in using CRM tools, lead management systems, and digital sales platforms.
- Exposure to managing multiple regions and delivering on revenue targets through partners.
Desired
- Prior experience in luxury holiday homes, premium hospitality, or NRI/HNI-focused sales.
- Knowledge of global best practices in channel partner management.
- Established network of brokers, real estate consultants, and institutional sales partners across India and overseas.
