Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Karnataka, India. The Sales Manager will oversee and drive sales operations, develop business strategies to achieve targets, manage client relationships, and identify new opportunities to grow revenue. Responsibilities include leading and supporting the sales team, analyzing market trends, ensuring customer satisfaction, and facilitating collaboration between departments to optimize sales performance.

  • Leadership and Team Management: Strong abilities to lead, motivate, and mentor a sales team towards achieving objectives.

  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with IT products and services, as well as experience working in the technology industry, will be an advantage.
  • Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
