Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Manager role based in Nashik. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing and managing client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and building strategic partnerships. Daily tasks include overseeing the sales process, setting and achieving revenue goals, conducting market research, and providing leadership to the sales team. Collaboration with internal departments to align sales strategies with broader company objectives is essential.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Sales and Business Development, including experience in achieving revenue targets and managing client relationships.
  • Strong Strategic Planning and Market Research capabilities to identify business opportunities and devise growth strategies.
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills to effectively engage clients and stakeholders.
  • Leadership and Team Management experience to guide and motivate the sales team effectively.
  • Familiarity with industry trends, particularly in technology and software development, is a strong advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
