About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our US-based Logistics Brokerage team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in transportation solutions, particularly in LTL, FTL, OTR, and Drayage services, and a proven track record of acquiring, managing, and growing logistics clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Empanel and Handle LTL, FTL, OTR, and Drayage clients, ensuring seamless onboarding and a high-quality customer experience.

Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new shippers and grow revenue across key logistics service lines.

Build, maintain, and expand strong customer relationships with shippers, carriers, and partners.

Identify market opportunities, generate qualified leads, and convert them into long-term business accounts.

Collaborate closely with operations and carrier sales teams to deliver cost effective and reliable transportation solutions.

Monitor industry trends, freight market conditions, and competitors to optimize sales positioning.

Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and client activity updates for management.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Preferred Skills

Existing book of business or shipper relationships (advantageous).

Strong negotiation and analytical problem-solving abilities.

Knowledge of US freight regulations, routing, and pricing structures.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree (Any)

57 years of experience in a US logistics Sales, freight forwarding, or transportation sales role.

Strong understanding of LTL, FTL, OTR, and Drayage operations.

Proven ability to source, negotiate, and close shipper accounts.

Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Experience using CRM tools and freight management systems is a plus.
