Position Description
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Manager with 3-6 years of experience in the AdTech industry, focusing on Agency Sales, Relationship and Team management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the AdTech landscape and a proven track record of leading a high performance team in the Adtech/agency business. Should be well versed with the Adtech & digital advertising ecosystem.
Primary Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential clients, in the India market, with a focus on Agency Sales
- Well versed with the industry for initiating introductions for new business opportunities, generating leads and securing new accounts within the AdTech space.
- Understand client needs and present suitable products and services.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, including creating decks and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Lead product demonstrations and articulate the value proposition to prospective clients.
- Innovate and implement strategies to reach key decision-makers in target accounts.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with Chief Revenue Officer for strategy and scaling the business
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to refine offerings and strategies.
Required Skills
- 3-6 years of sales experience in the AdTech industry, with a strong focus on Agency Sales, Hunting new clients in the India market.
- In-depth understanding of the AdTech ecosystem, with established connections in the industry.
- Expertise in the biddable media landscape.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Proven track record of fast paced, target driven background.
- Hands-on experience with various sales techniques and CRM tools.
- Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including C-level executives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
