Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role located in Rajkot. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, analyzing market trends, and identifying new business opportunities within the transformer industry. Additional responsibilities include preparing sales strategies, setting targets, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance service delivery and product offerings.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development, and managing client relationships
• Strong understanding of market analysis, sales strategies, and goal setting
• Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal relationship management
• Ability to identify new opportunities and implement effective sales plans
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields
• Familiarity with transformer products and technical knowledge of the power industry is advantageous
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Self-motivated and results-driven attitude with excellent problem-solving abilities
