Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role (combination of on-site work in Rajkot and remote work) for an Area Sales Manager. The responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets, managing relationships with distributors and clients, identifying new business opportunities, and analyzing market trends. The Area Sales Manager will also be responsible for preparing sales reports, conducting market research, and providing insights to improve business performance.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and business development skills, including client relationship management and lead generation abilities.
  • Knowledge of market analysis, competitor analysis, and sales forecasting.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and work autonomously in a hybrid environment.
  • Proven experience in the manufacturing or infrastructure sectors, particularly in HDPE pipes and fittings, is a strong advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and digital communication platforms is desirable.
