Job Description

Are you a result-orientated sales professional with a passion for the fashion industry We are looking for an energetic sales manager to join our growing team in Mumbai. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and leading our sales efforts for our ethnic wear collections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales for our apparel categories (sarees, lehengas, kurtis, etc.).
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand our retail/wholesale network.
  • Manage and mentor the sales team to achieve daily and monthly targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and B2B partners.
  • Analyse market trends to stay ahead in the competitive fashion market.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales management (preferably in the textile or clothing industry).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to lead a team and handle high-pressure sales environments.
  • In-depth knowledge of the local Mumbai market.
