Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat for a B2B Sales Manager in the Jewellery Industry. The B2B Sales Manager will manage relationships with existing clients, identify new business opportunities, and develop sales strategies to achieve company targets. Responsibilities include creating and executing sales plans, conducting market research, liaising with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions, and negotiating contracts to drive long-term partnerships.

Qualifications
  • Proven sales and negotiation skills, with expertise in B2B sales and relationship management
  • Experience in market research, sales forecasting, and strategic planning
  • Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of the jewellery industry or experience in related sectors is an asset
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work on-site in Surat and willingness to meet clients in person
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
