Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat for a Modern Trade - Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will oversee and execute sales strategies to build strong relationships with modern trade customers, drive revenue growth, and achieve business targets. Key responsibilities include managing trade sales, providing exceptional customer service, developing business opportunities, and effectively leading and motivating the sales team to meet objectives. Additionally, the role requires analyzing market trends, monitoring competitor activities, and creating strategies to enhance business performance.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Trade Sales and a deep understanding of the modern trade segment.
  • Skills in Customer Service, with a focus on building strong client relationships.
  • Expertise in Sales and Sales Management, capable of driving revenue and meeting targets.
  • Proficiency in Business Development, identifying and developing new opportunities to expand the business.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams effectively to achieve business objectives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Previous experience in the construction or flooring industry is preferred.
