Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Surat. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, creating and implementing sales strategies, and generating new business opportunities. Day-to-day tasks will include conducting market research, identifying potential customers, preparing sales plans and presentations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction. The role involves meeting targets and providing insights to refine and improve sales approaches.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
  • Proficiency in Market Research, Lead Generation, and Sales Forecasting
  • Exceptional Communication Skills, Negotiation, and Presentation Abilities
  • Experience in Healthcare, Diagnostics, or Medical Device Sales is preferred
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or healthcare-related certifications are a plus.
