Role Description

We are looking for a Back Office Estimation Engineer to join our team in back office, full-time role based in Surat. Key responsibilities include providing technical support to customers, estimate the products, preparing sales proposals / quotation, maintaining client relations, and collaborating with the sales team to meet targets. The role also involves addressing client queries, resolving technical issues, and ensuring effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Product Estimation and Technical Support
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales Estimation and Client Relationship Management
• Ability to analyze technical specifications and provide effective solutions
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field preferred
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Willingness to work in back office.
