Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Bengaluru for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will oversee and drive sales strategies, develop client relationships, and meet organizational sales targets. Responsibilities involve leading client negotiations, conducting market analysis, managing a sales team, and ensuring a high standard of service delivery. The role requires active collaboration with different teams to align business objectives and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in Sales Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience in Market Analysis and Strategy Development
- Ability to lead, mentor, and manage teams effectively
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Prior experience in the real estate industry or managing sales within a high-value market is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA would be advantageous
- Adaptable, self-motivated, and capable of thriving in a challenging and fast-paced environment
