Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will oversee and lead the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients, generating leads, negotiating contracts, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also involves monitoring market trends, preparing sales reports, and identifying new business opportunities to drive growth.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Sales, Team Leadership, and Business Development
  • Strong Negotiation, Communication, and Client Relationship Management skills
  • Understanding of Market Analysis, Target Setting, and Revenue Strategy Planning
  • Proficiency in CRM Software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Result-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the real estate or construction industry is a plus
  • Ability to work on-site and manage a team effectively in a fast-paced environment
