Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join Bhanzu as a Sales Manager. This full-time, on-site role is based in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will craft and implement sales strategies, oversee the sales pipeline, and engage with potential customers to drive conversions and revenue growth. Additional responsibilities include managing a team of sales representatives, setting and achieving sales targets, analyzing sales data to identify opportunities, and ensuring stellar customer relationship management. The ideal candidate will represent Bhanzu while creating an exceptional customer experience and fostering growth in the EdTech sector.

Qualifications
  • Strategic planning and sales management skills, including setting targets and formulating sales strategies.
  • Proven ability in customer engagement, client relationship management, and converting leads into successful transactions.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills to guide and motivate a high-performing sales team.
  • Data analysis and reporting skills, with the capability to leverage insights for decision-making and optimizing sales approaches.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills to build rapport and drive results within a competitive industry.
  • Familiarity with the EdTech industry and a passion for education and mathematics is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and related software is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
