Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across sectors such as FMCG, Pharma, Confectionery, Beverages, and Alcobev.
  • Conduct sales forecasting to project revenue, market demand, and growth potential.
  • Track and analyze sales performance to ensure achievement of targets and identify improvement areas.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Manage and guide sales teams to drive productivity and ensure successful execution of business plans.
  • Build and sustain long-term customer relationships to strengthen business partnerships and enhance customer loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives and customer deliverables.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare periodic reports on sales performance, pipeline development, and business growth opportunities.
