Business Manager– Enterprise Solutions

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Manager with 12+ years of experience in enterprise technology sales and business development, preferably within the Pharma/Life Sciences domain. The ideal candidate should possess strong consultative selling capabilities, experience engaging with CXOs and senior business leaders, and a proven track record of driving large strategic deals across global markets.

The candidate should have strong exposure to enterprise solution selling, digital transformation initiatives, and strategic account management. Exposure to AI/ML-driven solutions will be an added advantage but is not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the overall business growth for the assigned Product Vertical.
  • Define and execute quarterly and annual sales strategies aligned with organizational business objectives.
  • Build and manage enterprise sales pipelines, ensuring consistent achievement of revenue targets.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for new geographies, industry segments, and enterprise accounts.
  • Drive enterprise selling engagements with large global organizations, especially within Pharma, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or regulated industries.
  • Build and nurture relationships with CXOs, Business Heads, Digital Transformation Leaders, and Procurement teams.
  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships and channel alliances across regions.
  • Conduct market landscape analysis, competition analysis, and derive actionable business insights.
  • Develop territory-wise and industry-specific sales strategies based on market demand and customer trends.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Presales, and Solution teams to prepare proposals, presentations, ROI/TCO models, and customer documentation.
  • Support pricing strategy development across geographies and large enterprise deals.
  • Coordinate with Product, Delivery, Support, and Business teams to ensure customer success and timely execution.
  • Represent the organization at industry forums, conferences, networking events, and customer engagements.
  • Provide business support to global sales teams and regional stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in Enterprise Sales, Business Development, or Strategic Account Management.
  • Strong experience in selling enterprise technology solutions to large organizations.
  • Preferred experience in Pharma, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or other regulated industries.
  • Proven experience managing large and complex sales cycles with multimillion-dollar deals.
  • Experience handling global customers and cross-functional stakeholder management.
