Job Summary:

The role involves business development, technical sales, and client relationship management for insulation materials (thermal & acoustic). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the construction, HVAC, and industrial insulation market, along with proven sales experience in B2B environments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development

o Identify and develop new business opportunities across construction, industrial, and HVAC sectors.

o Generate leads through networking with consultants, contractors, architects, and OEMs.

o Expand customer base through strategic outreach and relationship building.

2. Sales & Marketing

o Promote and sell the company's range of thermal and acoustic insulation products.

o Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals.

o Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

o Conduct site visits and technical product demonstrations.

3. Account Management

o Manage relationships with key clients and contractors.

o Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain customer satisfaction.

o Handle customer queries and coordinate with internal teams for order execution.

4. Market Intelligence

o Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and emerging technologies.

o Provide insights for pricing, product development, and marketing strategies.

5. Coordination

o Collaborate with technical, logistics, and production teams to ensure smooth project execution.

o Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and marketing campaigns.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Civil, or MBA

• Experience:

o 3–5 years of experience in sales of thermal, acoustic, or HVAC insulation materials, or related building materials.
