RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales & Business Development

1. Sales & Business Development

2. Drive sales activities and develop new business opportunities with PCB manufacturers in India

3. Strengthening relationships with existing customers and build long-term partnerships

4. Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets

Technical Consultation

5. Understand customers manufacturing processes and requirements to propose optimal chemical solutions

6. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for product applications

7. Collaborate with internal technical teams to deliver customized solutions.

Market Analysis & Strategy

8. Analyze PCB industry trends and monitor competitor activities

9. Adjust sales strategies based on market changes and identify new opportunities

10. Provide insights on customer needs and industry standards.

Cross-functional Collaboration

11. Work closely with internal teams including R&D, Supply Chain, and Customer Service

12. Share project updates and ensure smooth communication for problem-solving

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or technical sales within the PCB industry

Strong technical understanding of chemistry, materials science, or electronics

Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret market trends

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Fluent in English (Other languages are plus)

Must be eligible to work in India

KEY COMPETENCIES

Experience in high-end PCB applications for automotive, mobile, or satellite industries

Project management and ability to deliver customized solutions
