This job is provided by apna.co Job Summary: The Sales Manager is responsible for driving store sales, achieving business targets, leading and motivating the sales team, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining smooth day-to-day store operations.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to maximize performance.

Monitor daily sales and prepare performance reports.

Ensure outstanding customer service and customer satisfaction.

Manage store operations, inventory, and merchandising standards.

Promote mobile phones, accessories, consumer electronics, and value-added services.

Train employees on product knowledge and sales techniques.

Handle customer concerns and resolve escalations professionally.

Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (preferred).

3–6 years of experience in retail/mobile sales, with leadership experience.

Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.

Knowledge of smartphones, gadgets, accessories, and consumer electronics.

Ability to achieve targets and work in a fast-paced retail environment.
