About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth in the luxury home interiors segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing the sales pipeline, mentoring the sales team, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Generate and convert qualified leads into successful projects.
- Conduct client meetings to understand requirements and recommend suitable home interior solutions.
- Monitor the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Coordinate with the design, project management, and execution teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Prepare and review quotations, proposals, and commercial negotiations.
- Analyze sales performance and prepare periodic sales reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and key stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
- Recruit, train, and coach sales executives to improve team performance.

Qualification
