We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Sales Manager to drive enterprise sales, generate qualified business opportunities, and build long-term relationships with corporate clients. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in IT services, SaaS, or technology consulting sales and a proven ability to consistently achieve ambitious revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business opportunities through enterprise B2B sales.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Acquire new corporate clients and manage existing accounts.
  • Understand client business and technical requirements and recommend suitable PlanBnext solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, client meetings, and sales presentations.
  • Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on lead generation initiatives.
  • Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure successful client onboarding.
  • Build long-term customer relationships through excellent account management.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in IT Services, SaaS, Software, Cloud, or Technology Consulting Sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience working with enterprise clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously.
Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with previous experience in Fortune 500 companies, leading global technology firms, or multinational IT services and consulting organizations will be highly preferred.

Examples include Microsoft, Google, Amazon, IBM, Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, Accenture, Deloitte, Capgemini, Cognizant, Infosys, TCS, Wipro, PwC, EY, KPMG, or similar organizations.
