Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Manager with 6+ years of B2B Edtech sales experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in technology product sales, strong client relationship skills, and the drive to exceed sales targets. You will be responsible for promoting and selling Novo to prospective schools, managing the complete sales cycle, and building long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive end-to-end sales of Novo — from prospecting and lead qualification to deal closure and account management
• Develop and execute territory sales plans to meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
• Identify and engage key decision-makers School Managements, Principals, Educational Institutions, Counselors, and EdTech stakeholders.
• Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client pain points
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate forecasting
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms in alignment with company policies
• Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, and implementation teams to deliver seamless client onboarding
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities
• Represent SAAP Technologies at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and drive upsell / cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts Required Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Minimum 6 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in Edtech SaaS, software, or technology products
• Demonstrated history of consistently achieving or exceeding sales quotas
• Prior experience selling enterprise software or platform-based solutions is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of solution-selling and consultative sales methodologies
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
