Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to generate new leads in Education domain and expand relationships with partner Institutes (Schools, Colleges and Upskilling Institutes). This role combines traditional B2B sales with Lead Generation to build and maintain strong professional connections and drive program visibility and adoption. This role focuses on building key client relationships, achieving revenue growth, and strengthening our brand presence among educational institutions Pan India.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize program adoption across assigned territories.

• Drive regional revenue targets and institutional onboarding goals.

• Identify expansion opportunities and build strategic partnerships across assigned regions.

• Use Lead Generation strategies and digital outreach tools to connect with institutional leaders and drive brand engagement.

• Draft, review, and manage partnership agreements, MoUs, and other client-related documentation.

• Manage key client accounts and maintain long-term relationships with institutional decision-makers.

• Lead engaging product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions.

• Monitor and analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive activity.

• Work closely with the marketing team to align field sales efforts with digital campaigns.

• Willingness to travel extensively for institutional meetings and business development activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any stream; postgraduate qualification is a plus.

• 4–8 years of experience in B2B Sales, EdTech, FinTech, or institutional partnerships.

• Proven experience in sales/account management, ideally in EdTech or B2B education sectors.

• Experience in Lead Generation or digital outreach is highly desirable.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining strong attention to detail.
