Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Product Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across international markets through a consultative, solution-oriented selling approach. This role involves managing complex sales cycles, engaging with global customers, and working closely with cross-functional teams to position and sell technology products effectively. The ideal candidate will play a strategic role in expanding business, educating customers on product offerings, and closing high-value deals.
Qualifications & Experience
- 5–7 years of experience in product sales within IT / technology solutions for international customers.
- Strong background in selling technology/AI products and managing end-to-end sales cycles.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities
1. Consultative Product Selling
- Understand customer business needs and position products to address their challenges.
- Work closely with presales, product, and solution teams to create tailored product propositions.
- Educate customers on product capabilities, value proposition, and business impact, including AI-enabled and traditional technology solutions.
2. Sales Cycle & Deal Management
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, approvals, and technical evaluations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
3. Customer Engagement
- Actively engage with prospects and customers through meetings, presentations, and demos.
- Understand customer expectations and negotiate commercial terms to ensure long-term satisfaction.
- Maintain strong post-sales relationships to support retention and upsell opportunities.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with presales, product, delivery, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Share market insights and customer feedback to improve product positioning and offerings.
5. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Own and achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Track pipeline, forecasts, and key sales metrics using CRM tools.
- Analyze performance trends, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.
6. Marketing & Outreach
- Drive lead generation through outbound activities such as email campaigns, cold calling, and social selling.
- Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools to identify and engage potential customers.
- Work with marketing teams on targeted campaigns for international markets.
7. Tools & Technology
- Proficiency in CRM systems, sales automation tools, and analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with technology products and platforms, including enterprise solutions, AI/Gen AI concepts, and business applications.
- Exposure to Microsoft ecosystem products such as Dynamics 365 and Microsoft 365 is an advantage.
