PayAssured is a B2B corporate debt recovery and commercial collections company helping businesses recover overdue payments through a legally compliant, technology-driven, and relationship-focused approach. With an in-house legal team and pan India operational support, we help businesses improve cash flow while preserving commercial relationships.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead business development and sales growth in assigned regions. The ideal candidate should have strong B2B sales experience, team management capability, and the ability to build strategic relationships with CFOs, finance heads, founders, and business owners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive regional sales growth and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Build and manage a strong B2B sales pipeline for PayAssured's commercial debt recovery services
  • Identify and onboard new corporate clients across industries such as manufacturing, logistics, distribution, staffing, SaaS, and industrial sectors
  • Lead, mentor, and manage regional sales executives / business development teams
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies for client acquisition and expansion
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and commercial discussions
  • Build relationships with CFOs, finance managers, founders, and decision-makers
  • Coordinate with legal, operations, and onboarding teams for seamless client handover
  • Track pipeline performance, conversion ratios, and sales forecasting
  • Provide market intelligence, competitor insights, and growth opportunities

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B sales / enterprise sales experience
  • 2+ years in team handling / regional sales leadership role
  • Strong experience in corporate sales, financial services, SaaS, legal services, collections, credit management, or B2B solution selling preferred
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Proven track record of achieving aggressive sales targets
  • Comfortable with field sales, client meetings, and regional travel
  • CRM experience preferred

  • Existing network with CFOs, finance heads, procurement teams, founders, or corporate decision-makers
  • Experience selling into mid-market and enterprise businesses
  • Self-driven, ownership mindset, and strong closing ability
