Role Description

The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales, managing a team of CRs, expanding market presence, and ensuring achievement of monthly and quarterly targets for the designated region. The role requires strong leadership, market understanding, and effective client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned area

Handle and guide the team of CRs to ensure productivity and performance

Generate leads, manage pipeline, and ensure timely closures

Maintain relationships with clinics, hospitals, doctors, and channel partners

Ensure timely reporting daily sales reports and activity updates

Organizing camps, promotional activities, and marketing events

Skills & Competencies:

Strong communication and team-handling skills

Good market understanding of healthcare industry

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Negotiation, closing, and customer management skills

Problem-solving approach with ownership mindset

Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting formats

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree (preferred: BBA, BSc or equivalent)

MBA in Sales/Marketing is an advantage

23 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare
