Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role based in New Delhi, allowing some flexibility for remote work. As a Conference Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and promoting conference and sponsorship opportunities. Key tasks include identifying and pursuing prospective clients, negotiating contracts, maintaining strong customer relationships, and coordinating with the event management team to ensure successful conference execution. The role requires achieving sales targets and contributing to the growth of the organization.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proven expertise in Sales and Contract Negotiation, ensuring successful client acquisition and deal closure.
  • Experience in Event Management, with organizational and multitasking abilities to support the seamless execution of conferences and events.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or related field; a relevant MBA is a plus.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
  • Previous experience in the events or conference industry will be an advantage.
