Assistant Sales Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager based in Rohini. The Assistant Sales Manager will support the sales team in achieving targets, develop and implement sales strategies, and manage customer relationships. Key responsibilities include guiding clients through the property buying process, coordinating with developers, generating leads, and maintaining detailed records of sales activities. The role also requires monitoring market trends to identify new opportunities.

• Sales and Business Development skills, including the ability to generate leads and identify new opportunities
• Client Relationship Management and Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders
• Negotiation and Closing skills to drive successful property sales
• Good knowledge of real estate markets and trends
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Prior experience in the real estate industry is an advantage
