The Role
We are looking for a relentless, results-driven Senior Sales Manager who can build and lead a high-performance hunter team, coach outbound rigour, and close in equal measure. In this role, you will own Reaviva's full lead-to-close funnel, lead and coach the client acquisition team, and take end-to-end ownership of the customer management system. This is a player-coach role inside a fast-growing startup: you will carry an individual revenue target, ensure the collective monthly target is delivered, and solve the operational problems, bottlenecks, and resource gaps that come with scaling a young, premium brand.
Key Responsibilities
• Own delivery of the individual monthly revenue target and ensure the collective sales team target is achieved every month
• Lead, coach, and hold the client acquisition team accountable through daily huddles, weekly check-ins, and pipeline reviews
• Coach call quality, dial discipline, outbound rigour, objection handling, and consultative selling craft across the team
• Set and enforce daily dial volume, connect rate, qualification, and consult booking benchmarks for the team
• Run weekly call reviews; listen to recorded calls and provide tactical coaching on hooks, objection handling, and booking attempts
• Own the front of the funnel end-to-end: outreach, connection, qualification, consult booking, and show-up; ensure clean handover to the clinical team for the consult itself
• Take end-to-end ownership of the customer management system, including configuration, lead routing, stage discipline, dashboards, and response time enforcement
• Design and refine outreach scripts, qualification frameworks, and objection-handling playbooks for the team
• Build and execute monthly reactivation campaigns to drive dormant clients back into the consult funnel
• Identify and unblock operational bottlenecks across lead flow and consult booking; build process where it does not yet exist
• Submit weekly funnel reports to leadership with diagnosis on leakage points and corrective actions
• Align with the marketing, operations, and clinical teams on lead quality, capacity, and consult handover
• Take ownership beyond the strict scope of the role wherever the business needs it
• Deliver against monthly performance targets covering revenue, team dial volume, connect rate, lead qualification, consult bookings, show-up rate, database reactivation, and overall customer management discipline
Requirements
• 5 to 8 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a sales leadership or team-lead capacity managing high-volume outbound or inbound sales teams
• Relentless, tenacious, and deeply commercially driven; thrives on the phones and on building teams that do the same
• Exceptional verbal fluency in English and Hindi; communicates with polish, warmth, conviction, and persuasion
• Naturally persuasive and consultative; can hold a room, defuse objections, and close in real time without losing premium register
• Strong problem-solving mindset; finds a way when briefs shift, resources are tight, or process does not yet exist
• Proven track record of revenue target achievement and team performance management, ideally in a phone-led or hunter sales environment
• Hands-on experience owning a customer management system (Zoho preferred), including configuration, dashboards, and automation
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to read funnel data, identify leakage, and design interventions
• Hands-on, operationally adept leader who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment
• Disciplined operator: comfortable in a structured, target-led, weekly reporting environment
