B2B Institutional Sales Manager & Exhibitions Coordinator for Nutraceuticals Supplements

 

Location: Preferably, Mumbai

Industry: Nutraceuticals/Ayurveda/Pharmaceuticals

At Pure Nutrition, we are building the future of preventive and personalized healthcare through high-quality nutraceuticals.

We are looking for entrepreneurial Business Development Managers who can open doors, build partnerships, and co-create solutions with institutions.

 

Role Overview

This is not a typical sales role.

You will identify opportunities where customized nutraceutical solutions can improve health outcomes across institutional ecosystems.

You will work directly with the Founder/COO to build and scale this vertical from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

Prior experience inhandlinf B2B customer & India + Overseas Exhibitions – Nutraceuticals/Ayurveda for Institutional Sales

Key Focus Segments

  • Insurance companies
  • Senior living communities
  • Wellness & preventive health clinics
  • Diagnostic labs and healthcare partners

 

What Makes This Role Unique

  • Understand demographic-specific health challenges (e.g., gut health, joint care in seniors)
  • Identify gaps in current offerings within institutions
  • Co-create customized formulations aligned to institutional needs
  • Position Pure Nutrition as a solution partner, not just a vendor

 

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Identify and acquire institutional clients
  • Build relationships with CXOs, medical heads, and decision-makers
  • Drive consultative selling and solution-based partnerships
  • Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline
  • Collaborate with product and leadership teams on customized offerings
  • Scale key accounts into long-term revenue partnerships

Ideal Candidate

  • 5–10 years in B2B / institutional / healthcare sales
  • Experience in pharma, nutraceuticals, wellness, diagnostics, or insurance partnerships preferred
  • Strong ability to think consultatively and identify unmet needs
  • Existing network in healthcare ecosystem is a big plus
  • High ownership mindset; comfortable working in a build-from-scratch role

  • Mumbai – 1 position

  • As required for client acquisition and relationship building
