Location - Bangalore/Mumbai/Noida

Role Purpose:

We are looking for a high-impact Enterprise Sales Manager to drive growth for our Online Payments business. This role will focus on new merchant acquisition, strategic partnerships, and scaling existing accounts, while driving adoption of Pine Labs digital payment solutions across segments.

Responsibilities we entrust you with:

Business Development & Acquisition

  • Own end-to-end new business acquisition for online payment gateway solutions
  • Identify, engage, and close mid-to-large enterprise merchants and digital-first businesses
  • Lead sales conversations, solutioning, and commercial negotiations

Solution Selling & GTM Execution

  • Understand client needs and pitch relevant solutions from Pine Labs product suite (PG, UPI, cards, EMI, etc.)
  • Define and execute go-to-market strategies aligned to segment, competition, and market dynamics
  • Drive demand generation initiatives in collaboration with marketing

Account Management & Revenue Growth

  • Manage and grow existing merchant relationships
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities across payment and financial solutions
  • Drive revenue expansion through deeper account penetration

Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Track industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging business models in the online payments ecosystem
  • Generate customer insights (personas, use cases, buying behavior) to inform product and GTM strategy
  • Identify new segments, white spaces, and partnership opportunities

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, Integrations, and Operations teams
  • Support new product launches and channel expansion initiatives
  • Collaborate on merchant onboarding, integration, and success journeys

Performance & Reporting

  • Own sales targets and pipeline management
  • Track key metrics and report performance to leadership
  • Ensure alignment with organizational goals and values

What matters in this role:

  • 4–8 years of core B2B sales experience in Payments / Fintech
  • Proven track record in payment gateway / online payments
  • Experience handling mid to large enterprise clients
  • Strong expertise in solution selling and consultative sales approach
  • Ability to understand technical payment flows and translate into business value
  • Experience in defining and executing GTM strategies
