Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Own revenue, gross margin, and profitability targets.
  • Develop annual and quarterly sales plans.
  • Drive enterprise sales and new logo acquisition.
  • Build relationships with AWS sales, PDMs, solution architects, and leadership.
  • Leverage AWS programs including MAP, Incremental Workload, POC Funding, ISV Accelerate, Marketplace, and PPA.
  • Drive opportunities around Migration, Managed Services, Streaming Analytics, AI/ML, GenAI, and Cloud Modernization.
  • Lead and mentor sales teams.
  • Engage CXOs and senior business stakeholders.
  • Own forecasting, pipeline management, and business reviews.
  • Manage business unit P&L and resource planning.

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of: AWS Cloud Services
  • Data Analytics & Data Engineering
  • Real-Time Data Streaming Platforms
  • AI/ML and Generative AI
  • Cloud Migration & Modernization
  • Managed Cloud Services
  • Strong enterprise sales, negotiation, and executive stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with consultative selling and solution-based sales methodologies.
  • Excellent business planning, forecasting, and pipeline management capabilities.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

Required Qualifications:

  • 8–12 years of enterprise technology sales and business development experience.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience selling AWS cloud solutions and services.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding enterprise sales targets.
  • Experience managing strategic customer relationships and complex sales cycles.
  • Proven experience owning business unit revenue and profitability.
