Role: Zonal Sales Manager – North India
Location: Delhi/NCR
Function: Sales
Requirement: Minimum 10+ years experience in Dermatology / Cosmetology Rx Sales
Reporting To: National Sales Manager / Sales Head
We're looking for a senior commercial leader to own our North India zone.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Business Growth
Lead the North India zone (Delhi NCR, UP, Punjab) to deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across assigned territories.
Drive prescription generation, product adoption, and repeat business through effective dermatologist engagement.
Identify high-potential territories, clinics, and key accounts to expand Cosmofix's presence across North India.
Develop and execute zonal sales plans aligned with company objectives.
Team Management
Lead, coach, and develop Regional Sales Managers, Area Sales Managers, and field sales teams.
Set clear targets, monitor performance, conduct regular reviews, and ensure strong field productivity.
Build a performance-driven sales culture focused on execution, discipline, and accountability.
Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members within the zone.
Dermatologist & KOL Engagement
Build strong relationships with leading dermatologists, cosmetologists, aesthetic physicians, and clinic chains.
Drive scientific brand communication through doctor calls, CMEs, RTMs, clinic activations, and product detailing.
Identify and develop KOLs for brand advocacy, advisory inputs, and regional scientific initiatives.
Market Execution
Ensure effective implementation of brand strategies, product campaigns, launch plans, and field marketing initiatives.
Monitor competitor activity, pricing, schemes, doctor feedback, and market trends.
Provide regular market intelligence to leadership for strategy refinement.
Ensure optimal coverage of target doctors and improve doctor conversion across focus brands.
Business Discipline
Track sales performance, secondary sales, stock availability, collections, and distributor coordination.
Ensure regular reporting, sales forecasting, expense discipline, and CRM/SFA compliance.
Work closely with marketing, training, distribution, and leadership teams to drive zonal growth.
Essential Qualifications
▸ 10+ years of progressive experience in Dermatology Rx, Cosmeceuticals / Nutraceuticals Rx Sales
▸ Minimum 3–4 years in a Zonal or Regional Leadership role managing multi-state geographies and field teams
▸ Demonstrated track record of consistent revenue achievement in a dermatology or specialist channel
▸ Strong existing network of dermatologist relationships across North India — particularly Delhi NCR, UP, and Punjab
▸ Science-literate; able to engage dermatologists credibly on clinical and formulation topics without oversimplification
▸ Graduate in Science, Pharmacy, or Life Sciences (MBA preferred but not mandatory for the right profile)
