Job Description

We are looking for a corporate Sales Manager - Enterprise (SaaS) to drive new business acquisition and strategic account growth for Prismforce. This is a field sales role focused on enterprise customers, requiring strong consultative selling skills and an established network within the HR tech ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have experience selling B2B SaaS solutions to CHROs, HR leaders, and business executives, with the ability to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles and build long-term strategic relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Drive enterprise sales for Prismforce's AI-powered SaaS platform across large organisations.
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with enterprise clients.
  • Build and leverage a strong network within the HR tech ecosystem, including HR leaders, talent heads, and HR transformation stakeholders.
  • Conduct consultative, value-based selling by understanding client workforce challenges and aligning Prismforce solutions accordingly.
  • Manage the entire sales lifecycle, including prospecting, client meetings, solution demonstrations, negotiations, and contract closure.
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with C-level executives, HR leaders, and decision-makers.
  • Work closely with product, marketing, and solutions teams to tailor proposals and deliver impactful client presentations.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline visibility, and reporting through CRM systems.
  • Represent Prismforce at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to expand market presence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, technology, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 6-10 years of experience in enterprise B2B sales, preferably within SaaS, HR Tech, or enterprise software solutions.
  • Proven track record of closing enterprise deals and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong network and relationships within the HR tech industry or HR leadership ecosystem.
  • Experience managing complex, long-cycle enterprise sales processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a field-driven, client-facing environment with frequent travel.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience selling HR technology, talent intelligence, workforce analytics, or enterprise SaaS platforms.
  • Strong understanding of HR transformation, workforce planning, and talent management solutions.
  • Ability to engage and influence senior leadership and CXO stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking with a solution-orientated sales approach.
  • Key Competencies: Enterprise Sales and Deal Closure, Strategic Relationship Management, Consultative Selling, SaaS Solution Selling, Market Networking and Lead Generation.

Nice To Have

  • Speech/NLP pipeline experience: ASR (Whisper, Deepgram), diarisation, transcript normalisation.
  • Vector databases: Qdrant, Weaviate, or Pinecone semantic search and embedding pipelines.
  • ML model serving: ONNX, vLLM, TorchServe, or custom inference APIs.
  • Prior work in HR tech, edtech, or assessment platforms.
  • Open-source contributions or published technical writing.
  • Skills: HR tech, corporate sales, B2B SaaS sales.
