Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role located in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will oversee and drive real estate sales by building and maintaining client relationships and collaborating with developers. Responsibilities include identifying leads, conducting property market analysis, organizing site visits, negotiating deals, and ensuring successful closure of transactions. The role also involves achieving sales targets, mentoring a team, and maintaining detailed reports of sales activities and market trends.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management
  • Strong skills in Market Analysis, Negotiation, and Deal Closing
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client engagement
  • Understanding of the real estate market in Bengaluru is a distinct advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and CRM systems preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
