Sales Manager - Residential Real Estate (Looking for people in Bangalore locations)

Experience required 1-6 years (only)

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Identify and approach potential clients interested in buying and selling properties.
  • Stay informed about real estate trends and market conditions to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Organise and conduct property viewings and site visits, highlighting the features and benefits of each property.
  • Negotiate deals between buyers and sellers, ensuring fair and profitable agreements for all parties involved.
  • Prepare and manage the necessary paperwork related to property transactions, including contracts and agreements.
  • As the requirement indicated, we need to be on-site every week to meet clients, visit properties, and close deals.
  • Maintain relationships with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business.

Skills That Make You a Great Fit:

  • Minimum 1-5 years in sales, preferably in the real estate sector (Mandatory)
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Own vehicle (Mandatory)
  • Strong negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Highly driven and able to work independently to achieve sales targets.
