Role Description

Rayzon Solar Limited seeks a full-time Sales Manager for our on-site location in Raipur. The Sales Manager will oversee and drive business development activities, manage client relationships, and achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include developing and implementing effective sales strategies, identifying opportunities, conducting market analysis, and ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service. Additionally, the Sales Manager will collaborate with internal teams to devise tailored solutions for clients and provide report updates on sales performance.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Solar industry is must.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, and client acquisition
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies to meet sales goals
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Knowledge of renewable energy, particularly solar energy, is highly advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Willingness to work on-site in Raipur and travel as needed.
