Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Raipur. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing and expanding a customer base, leading and motivating the sales team, and achieving sales targets. The role includes market analysis, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining excellent relationships with stakeholders to drive business growth. Additionally, the Sales Manager will collaborate with other teams to align sales initiatives with company goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities to guide and motivate the sales team effectively.
  • Proven track record in sales and business development with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Analytical skills to conduct market research, assess customer needs, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proficiency in sales tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in the manufacturing or sanitaryware industry is an advantage.
  • Strong negotiation and decision-making skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
