About the Role

We are looking for someone who understands sales beyond targets. Someone who can read markets, build relationships, and create revenue momentum from the ground up.

This role is not segmented. You will own the entire sales lifecycle from first conversation to closing and beyond. You will work across global markets, including ANZ, the US, Canada, and Europe, adapting to different buyer behaviors and expectations.

Experience: 5 to 7 years

Salary: 12+ LPA

Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad

What You Will Own
  • End-to-end sales ownership from lead generation to closing and retention
  • Build and manage a strong international sales pipeline
  • Drive B2B and B2C sales for HealthTech and MarTech platforms
  • Identify and unlock new opportunities across ANZ, North America, and Europe
  • Lead client conversations, product demos, negotiations, and deal closures
  • Work closely with product and marketing to refine positioning based on real market feedback
  • Build simple, repeatable sales processes in a zero-to-one environment
  • Maintain long-term relationships with global clients and partners
  • Track pipeline health, forecast revenue, and bring structure to sales efforts
What We Are Looking For
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in international sales
  • Strong background in HealthTech or MarTech platforms
  • Proven experience working across ANZ, the US, Canada, and European markets
  • Experience managing full sales cycles independently
  • Understanding of both B2B and B2C sales environments
  • Ability to work in a startup setting with limited structure and high ownership
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills
  • Self-driven and proactive in building a pipeline, not just converting it
