Business Development Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Business Development Manager who can identify new opportunities, generate leads, build client relationships, create strategies for company growth, convert leads to deals and generate revenue for the company. We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate professional, who can work with minimal supervision.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, good networking skills and client management.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute business development strategies, identifying new markets, trends, and opportunities for financial gain.
• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Research potential clients, pursue leads, and arrange meetings for sales teams, often through networking, events, and social media.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities.
• Sales & Negotiation: Prepare presentations, quotes, and proposals; negotiate contracts and close deals to drive revenue.
• Collaboration: Work with marketing, HR and recruitment, and product teams to align goals, develop offerings, and ensure smooth project execution.
• Market Analysis: Understand target markets, competitors, and industry developments to stay ahead.
• Reporting: Monitor sales progress, track performance metrics, and provide updates to stakeholders.
