Role Overview:

As a Senior Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building strong client relationships in the IT services space.

This role requires a hands-on, target-oriented professional who is comfortable with outbound sales, prospecting, and engaging decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients, industries, and decision-makers using platforms like LinkedIn, Apollo, and other tools
  • Execute outbound lead generation strategies (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach)
  • Generate and qualify leads, and schedule meetings for the sales team
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospects and existing clients
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and pipeline in CRM tools
  • Track performance metrics and share daily/weekly reports
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align business development strategies

Required Skills & Experience

  • 9 years of experience in Business Development / Inside Sales / Lead Generation
  • Strong experience in cold calling, outbound sales, and prospecting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency required)
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, email outreach tools, and CRM systems
  • Ability to work in a target-driven, performance-oriented environment
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in IT services sales (B2B)
  • Exposure to global clients and international markets
  • Familiarity with tools like Apollo, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, etc.
